Refund policy
We want you to love your Mykort purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
- Window: You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
- Condition: Items must be unworn/unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- How to start: Begin your return at mykort.returnscenter.com. If approved, we’ll issue a prepaid label and instructions. Returns sent without approval won’t be accepted.
- Cost: Free return shipping. No restocking fees.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on the following:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Final sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is approved. Start at mykort.returnscenter.com.
EU Customers
If your order ships to the European Union, you may cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, a refund to your original payment method will be issued within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
